Foursomes
H'cap Allowance: 50% Combined Handicap
The Royal St George’s Invitation Foursomes will take place on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd August. Entries will be limited to 100 pairs and will be decided on a ballot basis.
The Entrance Fee is £150 per pair; this includes the cost of the Cocktail Party on the Saturday evening. Starting times will be from 7.30am at intervals of eight minutes.
The draw will be engineered to ensure that all those playing can enjoy a reasonably timed lunch on at least one of the two days.
Requests for early or late tee times will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
CONDITIONS
- Each pair will consist of a Member and their Guest. Strokes taken will be half the combined handicaps of each pair.
- No pair may take more than one prize.
- Those not winning a place in the ballot will be held on a reserve list.
PRIZES
- Winners and Runners Up of Saturday, 18 holes.
- Winners and Runners Up of Sunday, 18 holes.
- Winners and Runners Up of 36 holes aggregate.
- Winners and Runners Up of 36 holes aggregate for pairs that have at least one player playing from the Pinto Tees.
COCKTAIL PARTY
All members, their guests and their partners are invited to a cocktail party in the Clubhouse at 6.30pm on Saturday 2nd August.
