Travel to Royal St. George’s Golf Club
Fast trains run from St Pancras (London) to either Ramsgate (75 mins) or Dover Priory (45 mins). Sandwich is a small station and rail travel onwards from Dover Priory is slow (via local trains).
From either of these stations, take a taxi to the Club. From Ramsgate a taxi will cost approximately £25 and from Dover Priory in the region of £30.
Taxis do not wait at Sandwich station, so it is advisable to call Sandwich Cars 01304 617424 the day before you travel to arrange a transfer between the station and the golf course (5 minute taxi ride).
Airports
London Heathrow is 2-21/2 hours away; with London Gatwick, London City & London Stansted being 11/2 hours away, both dependent on traffic.
